Reserving an item:
If you like to purchase a thing from our shop, but for some reason you need to postpone the payment, please contact us and we will plain the reservation. Shipping All purchases will be shipped within 3 business days after receiving the payment, even if we will make our best to ship within 24 hours (weekend and holiday aside).

The Standard shipping method is USPS Registered Mail (which need your signature on delivery). Traking info will be sent by convo once item has shipped.

Please note that you will be able to track the parcel online through the USPS Service till the parcel reaches you. Refunds and Exchanges We really hope that you will like your purchase... please be sure that you know what you are ordering and ask any and all questions that you might have BEFORE purchasing... we are happy to send you more pictures and answer as many questions as you have!

If however you are not happy for any reason with your purchase and you desire to return your purchase for refund or exchange, please contact us BEFORE shipping.

PLEASE NOTE:

the item must be returned in the same conditions as when we sent you; you must use delivery confirmation... if an item is damaged or lost in transit back to us, we may be unable to refund the cost, so please ensure items are well packaged and traceable if you are concerned it could be lost; postage costs for a returned item cannot be refunded... your refund will be the full amount, excluding shipping.
